π± Devlog #0 β The Grass Must Be Protected

Hey friends,
Welcome to the very first devlog for Sod & Steel — a fast-paced rogue-lite bullet hell where your job is simple......
protect the last patch of living grass from waves of relentless enemies.
In Sod & Steel, you are a lone warrior sworn to protect a sacred patch of living land in a dying world. Armed only with a sword and shield, youβll battle relentless waves of enemies as time itself becomes your enemy. As you fight, patches of grass spread outward beneath your feet a living legacy reclaiming a ruined world. But beware: the longer you survive, the stronger your enemies grow. In this brutal balance between life and death, you will truly reap what you sow. Can you hold the line until the ancient boss awakens, or will your patch of green become a grave?
Weβre still in the early stages of development, but weβre excited to finally share what weβve been working on. At its heart, this game is all about quick, reactive combat, evolving builds, and defending something small but meaningful in a chaotic world.
Remember to water your Grass! πΎ
